sTR Solutions started in 2016 with just 1 short-term rental (AirBnB) in Shreveport, LA. At that time Shreveport only had 2 AirBnB's. Now Shreveport, Bossier, Benton and Blanchard have 400 AirBnB's and that number is growing daily. sTR Solutions was created due to understanding the gradual changes in the culture and running Short-Term Rentals. We know that it is not a do-it-alone investment. We offer assistance with buying, setting up, managing and cleaning all types of Short-Term Rentals. We currently Co-Host 22 and clean over 60 Short-Term Rentals for local owners, out of state owners and owners residing out of the country. We're different than the rest, as we provide executive thorough cleaning services, 24 hours/7 days a week hands-on co-hosting services, guest services, investment opportunities and more. Our top priority is to support you throughout the entire journey so that you can continue to work and/or attend to family, without ever being overwhelmed with your decision to invest.
